Best suited for horses that are already broke, rideable, and ready for sale with minimal preparation.

Includes:

    •    Daily care and handling

    •    Professional photos and sale listing

    •    Marketing across Southern Rose Equine platforms

    •    Buyer communication and appointment scheduling

    •    Showing horse to prospective buyers

    •    Basic ride maintenance (as needed)

    •    Weekly updates to owner

Owner responsible for:

    •    Board

    •    Farrier and veterinary expenses

    •    Supplements or specialty feed

Designed for horses that need full preparation, finishing, or confidence building before entering the market.

Includes everything in Performance, plus:

    •    Customized training plan

    •    Advanced sale preparation

    •    Consistent professional riding program

    •    Professional photo & video package

    •    Social media promotion and featured listings

    •    Buyer trial rides handled by trainer when appropriate

    •    Priority marketing placement

Additional Information

    •    30-day minimum commitment required.

    •    Commission rate applies upon sale (typically 10% )

    •    Horses must be sound and safe to handle unless otherwise discussed.

    •    Southern Rose Equine reserves the right to decline horses that are not a good fit for the program.
